How to book
L'Ulivo Bianco requires a minimum stay of 3 nights for reservations; for shorter stays please send an e-mail request.
The booking request can be made by phone or e-mail; it will be followed by a confirmation e-mail with all booking details.
It is required to pay a one night deposit, to be paid within 5 days from the date of booking, by bank transfer.
The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of this amount.
The balance must be received by bank transfer no later than the 3 days before arrival; payment is also allowed on the day of arrival.
Policy of cancellation
In case of cancellation the following penalties will be applied:

up to 15 days before the stay, the cancellation is free, with 100% refund of the deposit paid;

from 14 days up to 4 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded;

from 3 days before until the day of arrival will be charged a penalty of 100% of the room cost.
General rules
Guests check in between 15:00 and 20:00 on the day of arrival.
Please inform us of your estimated time of arrival.
On the day of departure the room must be left free by 11.00.
Breakfast is served from 8.30 to 10.00; any extra hours must be agreed beforehand.
In the case of extended stays, the change of linen, sheets and towels will be made every 3 days, unless special needs.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the rooms, in the reception and in the breakfast room.
Pets are not allowed in the rooms.
L'Ulivo Bianco takes no responsibility for the theft of any valuables left unattended.
It is forbidden to cook food inside the bedrooms.
This regulation is fully accepted by the client at the time of booking.
L'Ulivo Bianco is always available to guests for the management of special needs or requests.
