Covid 19 - General Informations
The following information is prepared in order to protect both guests and our work, with the aim of maintaining the quality of our services and providing a stay as safe as possible.
L'Ulivo Bianco is surrounded by lands: the large spaces, inside and outside, guarantee guests a form of natural distancing and respect for maximum privacy.
Guests, before leaving for L'Ulivo Bianco, are always obliged to respect the obligation to stay at home:
1) in the presence of fever (over 37.5°) or other flu symptoms;
2) if you have been in contact with people positive to the virus during the previous 14 days.
The use of face masks in indoor and outdoor areas is mandatory, in cases where it is not possible to comply with the distance rules.
For the duration of the stay, all necessary precautions in terms of social distance and the use of face masks must be followed.
Sanitizer gel dispensers will be made available to guests in all common areas (reception and breakfast room), in accordance with the regulations.
Check in is between 15.00 and 20.00 on the day of arrival.
In order to simplify the check-in procedure, ID documents (identity card, passport, driver’s license) and other personal data (residence address and tax code or VAT) will be requested prior to arrival, by email, SMS or Whatsapp.
The check out is strictly set at 11.00 on the day of departure.
The surfaces most subjected to contact (door handles, light switches and sockets) are regularly treated with alcohol based desinfectants. At the change of each guest, there is also sanitization of the entire room (bed and pillows included).
All the common rooms (reception, kitchen, breakfast room) are sanitized once per day.
Finally, it is required to promptly communicate the possible onset of any flu symptoms during the stay, in compliance with the procedure contained in the Regulatory Protocol of measures to combat and contain the spread of Covid-19 in relation to the safe operation of B&B facilities.
Breakfast is served outside in the garden from 8:30 to 10:00.
In case of bad weather breakfast will be served inside the breakfast room but, will no longer be simultaneously for all guests and will be staggered with a different time for guests of each room, giving prior notice.
All products offered for breakfast will be served at the table by our staff at the request of the guests.
